Bringing Plymouth together to find Solutions to Isolation and Loneliness
Plymouth Social Isolation Forum, a partnership of community and voluntary sector organisations with social prescribing teams, was setup in October 2019.
The forum wants to make Plymouth a place where we can all have strong social relationships, where families, friends and communities support each other, especially at vulnerable times when people are at greater risk of loneliness. And where loneliness is recognised and acted on without stigma or shame, so that we all look out for one another.
